Maddi Hennings joined the Canyon Snow team in October of 2022. Previously, Maddi worked as an Environmental and Geospatial Scientist for Plummer, a Texas-based engineering firm. She has experience working in environmental engineering, permitting, consulting, and natural resource management.

As a strong research professional with a history of working with environmental data, regulations, and policy, Maddi excels at performing comprehensive environmental assessments that meet the client needs and regulatory requirements. She has familiarity with federal agencies including the EPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and more, as well as organizations at the state level. Her areas of interest include sustainable policy, wildlife management, bio-remediation methodologies, and renewable energy efficiency and infrastructure.

Maddi volunteers with the Denver Zoo and Rocky Mountain Wild to assist with conservation projects for threatened and endangered species. She received her B.S. in Environmental Science from Texas State University, and she is currently working toward her M.S. in Environmental Policy with a concentration in Sustainability and Renewable Energy at the University of Denver.
