Allie Hughes joined the Canyon Snow team in October of 2022, bringing experience in government processes and policy, and a passion for finding long-term, sustainable solutions with stakeholders. In her role with Canyon Snow, Allie works with clients to provide deliverables, analyses of legislation and regulations, and sustainability strategy.
Prior to joining Canyon Snow, Allie worked as a Policy Director for the City of San Jose, focusing on land use, housing, transportation, and environmental policy. Allie has also worked as a Policy Aide for the County of Santa Clara where she led on women’s reproductive health programs and assisted on jail policy. Allie serves as the President of the Silicon Valley Young Democrats and as an elected Delegate for the Santa Clara County Democratic Central Committee and the State of California Democratic Party.
Allie holds a dual B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Santa Clara University and a Master’s in Public Administration from San Jose State.
